At this time, much attention is given to envisioning the future of education in a post-pandemic world. Graduate faculty provide students the tools to become thought-leaders who can contribute to a vision, with the leadership skills necessary to move a group to action. Graduate faculty deliver instruction online using innovative, research-based strategies in conjunction with regular virtual meetings allowing graduate students to experience the support of peers and faculty to meet higher career goals in education.

ED 520. Education Research Literature and Techniques
This course addresses the process and tools to locate, read, understand, and critique education research. The fundamental techniques of planning, conducting, and reporting qualitative and quantitative research will also be considered.
EDLD 531. Instructional Leadership
This course is designed to provide both the knowledge and skills needed by an instructional leader to establish and implement a shared vision and culture of high expectations for all stakeholders in the education community. Key concepts include strategies to work with educators and the community as key partners to support student learning.
