OTAFA Office
The OTAFA office, located in the University Center in room 301A, is an exclusive space for faculty to use as needed to support their teaching, scholarship, and service. In order to access the space, faculty members will sign in with the library staff. The office is intended to be a versatile workspace to offer additional support for faculty. It contains two workstations, a long table, a white board and dry erase markers, notepads and pens, a printer, and Zoom capabilities from both workstations, as well as a wall-mounted camera. Uses for the space include, but are not limited to:
- You are an adjunct faculty without a permanent office on campus
- You are looking for an alternative space to host one-time office hours or meetings with students that has proximity to other student support services and library resources
- You need a “back-up” location to print materials or use the technology
- You would like to host online conferences or in-person meetings in a larger space that is not a classroom
