Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Texas A&M University System has entered into an agreement to provide a variety of programs, counseling and resources at no cost to benefits-eligible faculty and staff employees as well as their dependents/household members.
The EAP can assist with problems such as:
- stress, depression and anxiety
- workplace difficulties
- marital problems, as well as family or parenting conflicts
- illness and grief issues
- substance abuse and unhealthy lifestyles
